| Deposit All deposits are 50% of the total cost of the goods purchased and are non refundable.
Ordering All orders are processed within 7 days of paid deposits, measurements need to be taken at the time of ordering to enable processing. Rush orders are processed on day of ordering or the next working day The goods ordered will be done so in accordance with the measurements taken at time of ordering. This will be agreed at this point. It will then be up to the persons to maintain this size.
Cancellations Cancellations/returns are not accepted as goods are made to order If the order has not be processed, a deposit may be transferred to another item of the same or higher value, at the discretion of Isobel Love Bridal Limited
Collection Once the goods arrive into the store you will be notified immediately and balance payments must be made within 14 days of notification. After this time, Interest will be charged at 5% per month until the balance has been paid in full. Once the goods have been tried and paid in full, they are no longer the property of Isobel Love Bridal Limited. Goods can be stored at Isobel Love Bridal Limited until the date of wedding, but this is done at the owners’ risk. Once the goods leave the premises, they are no longer the responsibility of Isobel Love Bridal Limited.
Sale goods All sale goods purchased must be paid in full at time of purchase and are non refundable. Sale goods can be stored on the premises, as outlined above.
